Terms & Conditions - version 22/09/2025

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern the use of www.charlypaper.com, operated by Charly Paper SRL, registered at Place de Jamblinne de Meux 13/5, 1030 Brussels, company number 1020.534.228.

By accessing the site and/or making a purchase, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.

Article 1 – Products and Descriptions

Charly Paper offers two product lines:

  • The Birth Collection, fully customizable by the customer
  • The Stationery Collection, composed of standard, non-customizable items

All products are described with the greatest care. Images on the site are illustrative only and may differ from the final printed result.

Article 2 – Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€), VAT included.

Shipping costs are not included and are displayed before final confirmation.

Charly Paper reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is that in force at the time of order confirmation.

Article 3 – Order Validation

Every order summary is displayed before payment.

For the Birth Collection, customers must carefully verify all information entered (text, layout, quantities).

Once payment is made, the order is final and cannot be modified without Charly Paper's explicit consent.

Article 4 – Customer Content

Customers guarantee that they hold all rights to the materials submitted (texts, images, logos, etc.).

They authorize Charly Paper to reproduce, adapt, or modify them as necessary for production.

The customer agrees not to transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or third-party–infringing content.

Charly Paper reserves the right to suspend an order if the content appears illegal or questionable.

Article 5 – Production and Delivery

Charly Paper commits to processing orders as quickly as possible.

Production and delivery times are indicative only.

Average production time: 7 business days from payment confirmation.

Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination. Each parcel includes tracking.

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details; errors may result in extra costs.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made exclusively online via the secure Stripe platform.
Accepted methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Charly Paper does not store banking information; transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

For personalized products (Birth Collection), no right of withdrawal applies under Article VI.53(3) of the Belgian Economic Code. No cancellation or modification is possible after validation.

For standard products (Stationery), customers have a 14-day withdrawal right from receipt. Requests must be sent to hello@charlypaper.com, including the order number, items, and reason. Return shipping costs and risks are the customer's responsibility.

Article 8 – Claims

If an error is attributable to Charly Paper (e.g. wrong product or print), customers have 14 days from receipt to file a claim via hello@charlypaper.com.

Minor color differences between screen and print are not valid grounds for complaint.

If justified, Charly Paper may offer a free reprint or refund. A return of goods may be required.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, visuals, graphics, logos) is the exclusive property of Charly Paper and protected by copyright. Any reproduction, partial or total, is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Personal data are used for order processing, customer management, and internal analysis. Data are retained for a maximum of 3 years after the last order.

In accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), customers have the right to access, correct, delete, and transfer their data. Requests can be sent to hello@charlypaper.com.

Complaints may also be filed with the Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the French-speaking courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
